If you have any complaint, present it to the team of employees of the Banking Awareness and Public Protection Division-Complaints at Misk Islamic Bank to help us serve you better. Complaints can be submitted in the following ways:

  1. By downloading the complaint form on the website (complaint submission file) Then fill it with the required data to the extent of the complainant’s signature only, ignore the incomplete form and send the form via e-mail.compliants.section@miskbank.iq. compliants.section@miskbank.iq .
  2. Complaints can be reported via mobile phone at the complaints number (07870444440) starting from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Baghdad time From 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Baghdad time
  3. Manually by submitting complaints directly to the existing Misk Islamic Bank complaints located in Baghdad/Karrada, Al-Saadoun Street, Misk Islamic Bank Building.
  4. The subject of the complaint shall be not pending before the court
  5. The customer provides evidence of his connection to the subject of the complaint and the validity of some of what he claims in it.

We always strive to serve you and answer any questions you have

  • The Complaints Unit will contact the complainant and inform him of the result at the end of the investigation.

  • The complaint submitted by the customer will be responded to within (15) working days from the date the complaint is received by the Complaints Unit. If further research is required, the customer will be informed of that.

  • If the reasons for the complaint are not removed, the customer has the right to submit a grievance to the complaints box at the Islamic Arab Bank.
