Additionally, the customer receives an ATM card upon opening the current account.

This type of account provides customers with a certain level of interest based on the available balance. There are various forms of savings accounts, some of which can be opened in all major global currencies dealt with by the bank.   • You must learn about the risks that may arise from your use of a service or product provided by the bank, through inquiries directed to specialists about the effects of those risks, and you must avoid them whenever possible.
  • To choose from among the products and services offered to you, the ones that are most suitable for your real circumstances and capabilities and that meet your actual needs.

  • You must inform your bank as soon as you become aware that there are some banking transactions that have taken place on your accounts that you do not know about or the reasons for, or that you have not been authorized to complete..

  • You must be careful and diligent in maintaining the confidentiality of your information regarding your dealings with the bank and do not disclose it to any other party in order to protect your money..

  • To seek advice and advice from the bank’s specialized employees in the event that you face any financial difficulties that prevent you from adhering to the terms of your contract with it or using the services and products provided to you..

  • To update your personal and banking information with the bank whenever the bank asks you to do so or whenever there is a change in it.

  • • بۆ دڵنیابوون لەوەی کە نهێنی بانکی دەپارێزرێت و لە ئەگەری ئەوەی کە پێویستت بە نامەنووسین بوو لەگەڵ ئەو بانكەی مامەڵەی لەگەڵ دەكەیت، لە ڕێگەی پۆستی ئاسایی یان ئیمەیڵەوە، پێویستە ناونیشانی پۆستی خۆت بەکاربهێنیت، لەپێناو ئەوەی کە کەسانی تر زانیاری کەسی و بانکی تۆ نەزانن ئەگەر پەنا بۆ بەکارهێنانی ناونیشانێک ببەیت کە هی تۆ نییە.

  • • ئەگەر پێویستت بە پێدانی مۆڵەت یان بریکارنامە بە کەسانی دیکە بێت بۆ مامەڵەکردن لەگەڵ ئەژمارەکانت یان پارەکانت لە بانکەكە، پێویستە ئاگاداری ئەو دەسەڵات و زانیاریانە بیت کە پێیان دەدەیت و رێكاری پێویست بگریتەبەر، هەر كاتێك ئارەزوی هەڵوەشاندنەوەی ئەو بریكارانەت كرد و بانكەكەشی لێ‌ ئاگادار بكەیتەوە.
